Open-up Scheme for Eligible Outside Bodies
The following facilities are open for Eligible Outside Bodies1 application:
- Training Pitch (Astro Turf Pitch) – 09:00-22:00 daily
- Tennis Courts – 09:00-22:00 daily
- Lawn Bowls Green – 14:00-22:00 (Tue-Sun, closed on Mon & Fri)
- Badminton Court/Function Hall – 09:00-22:00 daily
- Grass lawn – 09:00-22:00 daily

For facilities not listed above, please contact IRC Office for availability.
1 “Eligible Outside Bodies” refers to:
- Schools registered under the Education Ordinance;
- Non- governmental Organisations receiving subvention from the Social Welfare Department;
- Uniformed groups and youth organisations receiving subvention from the Home Affairs Bureau; and
- “National sports associations” recognised by the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China and relevant International Federations.
